Writer, reader, watcher, listener. Trying to make my dreams come true.
I like TV, movies and books. Sometimes I write reviews for things. Mostly I blog about my glee fanfic, (because I am determined to fix this awful show,) my lesbian coming of age novel, and my screenplays. Also, I like Chris Colfer and Max Adler. They seem like such nice people and they are both so phenomenally talented.
Applying for jobs and reviewing DAL so I can get a new chapter out! (And then hopefully more chapters after that one!)
Better get cracking if I’m going to make that October deadline. I think I have 8 more chapters mapped out?
I’M GOING BACK TO SCHOOL IN OCTOBER AHHHHH
maybe i’ll make that my deadline for finishing DAL?
I think I’m finally ready to start writing DAL again but I’ll need to go through what I’ve already written first. I need a recap.
1. Is it hyperbole for John Green to say that he’s never seen anything where a girl kisses the guy first? Yes. Is it completely unfounded? No. But regardless, he’s just as human as anyone and is allowed to make mistakes.
2. To everyone who is complaining about a white heterosexual girl kissing a white heterosexual guy and oh my god why are they both white, why couldn’t John Green write about people of color, or homosexuals, or <insert minority here>: You obviously haven’t read Will Grayson, Will Grayson, which leads me to #3:
3. Shut up. Don’t read his books if you don’t like them. But plenty of people still find meaning in them and want to appreciate his books for what they are, and not for what they aren’t. You can’t write one book about everything. It seems to me that he’s doing a good job of covering the subjects that are most important to him. You can take your hate elsewhere.
4. IF YOU ARE COMPLAINING ABOUT TOPICS THAT AREN’T COVERED IN ONE OF HIS BOOKS, BUT YOU HAVEN’T READ HIS OTHER FOUR BOOKS, THEN YOU HAVE LITTLE ROOM TO COMPLAIN BECAUSE YOU DON’T KNOW WHAT YOU’RE TALKING ABOUT.
Today was my last day at my job. Time for me to move onto my next big adventure. But first, packing up my house. And when I get sick of packing, I’ll write some DAL. It’s time.

I’m moving, so I’m in the middle of packing up my house and finding a new job. I’m done with my job the end of this month, so I’m looking forward to getting some writing done once I have that off my plate. Thanks everyone for sticking with me!
Would love fic recs of novel-length maurader-era stories. Remus-centric if possible, not wolfstar. Ideally as canonical as possible, although anything post-ootp is fine. I’m familiar with some popular things that were written pre-hbp but have no clue about what’s currently being written.
If I’m being less picky, novel-length anything Remus-centric works for me.
